Geriatric rehabilitation and falls prevention

Balance and strength respond to training at any age — after a fall, after a hospital admission, or when getting around has become less steady. At home, and at retirement villages and frail care facilities.

Palliative care

When treatment shifts from cure to comfort, physiotherapy still offers positioning, easing breathlessness, maintaining mobility for as long as it's wanted, and training for the family providing care. Angela works alongside hospice and nursing teams.

Chest physiotherapy

Clearing secretions and easing breathlessness after chest infections, pneumonia or surgery, and with COPD and bronchiectasis.

Hydrotherapy

Physiotherapy in a heated pool, where the water takes your weight. Pools in Bryanston and Rivonia.

Carer training and education

Practical, hands-on training in the home — safe transfers, positioning, assisting someone to walk, using equipment, and protecting your own back. Also available for care staff at retirement villages, frail care units and home nursing agencies.
